About the Role: We’re seeking a dedicated Career Success Coordinator to empower our students. You’ll guide students with career counselling, resume/LinkedIn profile building, mock interviews, and job placement. You’ll also build strong relationships with Lagos businesses, organize career fairs, and manage the Business Centre.
Key Responsibilities:
• Student career counselling
• Employer engagement
• Business Centre operations
• Alumni Association support
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, education, business, or related field
• Experience in career counselling, recruitment, or similar role
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, problem solving, data analysing
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and career management systems
